Every sample has to be labeled with a unique identifier.
In case of several colonies on a culture plate please indicate, which of them should be analysed, and provide unique identifiers as well.
Fill every sample identifier into the order sheet. Select the analyses to perform. Sent the order sheet.
Our recommendations are:
- seal agar plates and vials with para-film (Scotch-tape is better than open plates)
- pack plates with membrane filters separately in plastic clip-pouches
- close containers tightly (!) and secure them against leakage
- to prevent breaking of the plates or containers use packing material (e.g. bubble wrap)
We recommend to use a courier service with early delivery time. This way we can receive the samples early at the next workday. Please send the samples to our delivery address:
