NALF is an abbreviation for "Nucleic Acid Lateral-Flow", which describes technologies detecting molecular amplification products on a lateral-flow strip. Typically NALF systems combine lateral-flow strips with a microfluidic system.

AMODIA MultiFlow Basic

The method used by AMODIA has the following specifications:

AMODIA offers several variations of lateral-flow strips (e.g. the MultiFlow® Basic), which differ in the number of amplification products detectable in parallel.

Within a research project (PTJ: 0315656A) AMODIA was able to demonstrate the combination of lateral-flow strip and microfluidics on a chip.
